Closing the Halliburton Loophole

FWCanDo supports Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) efforts to close the Halliburton Loophole with legislation (H.R. 2766) that would remove gas driller's exemption from the Clean Drinking Water Act.
This important legislation would force gas drillers to abide by the Clean Drinking Water Act like every other industry.
