The Texas Observer puts the TCEQ (Texas Commission for Environmental Quality) under the microscope in the current (5/26/10) issue. The expose' by, Forrest Wilder, makes one question why generations of Texans have steadfastly worshiped at the altar of oil and gas culture at their own peril.
Fort Worth Mayor, Mike Moncrief and the FW City Council are depicted as the fools, liars and crooks they have demonstrated to be for the past five years.
Like DISH, Texas Mayor, Calvin Tillman says, "someone needs to go to jail over this." The line starts behind Moncrief.
